In October 2008 Okidata introduced the C810 and C830 printers, both with OEM rated print speeds of 30 A4-size pages per minute (ppm) in color and 32 A4-size ppm in black-and-white, and with duty cycles of 75,000 pages per month. The C860 MFP, with print, copy, scan and fax functionality followed in January 2009, also with a duty cycle of 75,000 pages per month, but with increased color print speed of 34 ppm. However, the OEM rated back-and-white print speed was reduced to 26 ppm.

The supplies set is made up of four color toner cartridges and four color-specific drum units. All models ship with 2,000 page yield “starter” toner cartridges. Cartridge SKUs are color, yield and region-specific, and all require chips for the printers to function correctly.
